Shelli Patch - HR Coordinator

Shelli is a lifetime resident of Williston, ND. She attended Williston High School and earned an Associate degree from UND-Williston. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.

She spent the last 24 years working in administration at a local area business but decided to accept a position at Eckert for a change of pace and loves it.

Shelli is the Human Resources Coordinator at Eckert. She is involved in hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employees; policy regulation and revision; record keeping, and benefits administration.

She is happily married to her husband, Dwight, and has four kids, two cats and one temperamental Pomeranian.
